The Bastrop County Conservatives are honored to host John Beckmeyer, a distinguished leader with over three decades of public and private sector experience, for a vital discussion on municipal management, conservative governance, and the path forward for our communities. 👤 About Our Speaker: John Beckmeyer is a fifth-generation Texan whose impressive career blends technical expertise, corporate leadership, and a deep-seated dedication to public service. His extensive leadership background includes serving as City Manager of Odessa, Texas, Executive Director of the Republican Party of Texas, and technology consultant. He holds a B.S. in Animal Science from Sam Houston State University and an A.S. in Agriculture from Western Texas College.
